Consultations held between the SCIS and the National security authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina

In the period 7th – 8th June 2010 the State Commission on Information Security held consultations with representatives of the National security authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The subject of the consultations was the Draft Agreement on mutual protection and exchange of classified information between the Republic of Bulgaria and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Draft was negotiated on expert level and the fulfillment of the internal legal procedures of the two countries is forthcoming. The signing of this Agreement will create a legal possibility for the effective implementation of Police Cooperation Convention for Southeast Europe.
