Training of Heads of registries for national classified information in the Training center of SCIS in Bankya
The State Commission on Information Security held a training course of 18 Heads of Registries for national classified information from 23 to 25 January 2012 in its Training center in the town of Bankya.
The training was held in accordance with a program including main themes from the Classified Information Protection Act (CIPA) and the Regulation on its implementation. The lectors from SCIS put an accent on the risks for the interests of the Republic of Bulgaria in the field of the protection of classified information, the concept of organizational entities and opening of registries, the system of authorities in the field of the protection of classified information, the control over the activities on the protection of classified information and the administrative-penal responsibility under the CIPA. The attention of the trainees was concentrated mainly on the issues of documentary security as practical courses were held.
In the inquiry made the participants expressed the opinion that the training was useful for their work to a great extent.
On behalf of the lecturers readiness for providing help and assistance on questions related to the implementation of the CIPA and the sub legal framework in this field was expressed.
