Chapter one
GENERAL PROVISIONS Article 1. (1) This Regulation shall settle the general binding terms for the security of automated information systems (AIS) or networks for creating, processing, storing and transferring classified information (hereinafter “AIS or networks”). (2) The general binding terms under Paragraph 1 shall include: 1. The authorities for the security of AIS or networks; 2. The terms and procedure for making an overall assessment of security and for issuing certificates for AIS or networks, (hereinafter: “accreditation”); 3.
