Regulations on the General Requirements Safeguarding the Industrial Security

CHAPTER ONE

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Art.1 (1) These regulations shall lay down the general requirements for safeguarding the industrial security.
(2) The general requirements for safeguarding the industrial security related to the signing and implementing of contracts under Art.95, Paragraph 1 of the Classified Information Protection Act (CIPA) shall apply to:
1. the preparatory activities and negotiations prior to signing a contract;
2. the contents of contract
3. the signing and performance of contract
4. the activities after termination of contract

Art.2 These regulations apply also to the contracts, the signing and implementing of which is related to foreign classified information unless otherwise provided in an international treaty to which the Republic of Bulgaria is a party.

Art.3 The rules of these regulations shall also apply to the contracts with subcontractors when the signing of such contracts are envisaged or when the implementation of contract requires signing of contracts with subcontractors...
