Administration of SCIS
In order to perform efficiently, the State Commission on Information Security is assisted by an administration.
Тhe total numerical strength and structure of the State Commission on Information Security is determined by the Institutional Rules of the SCIS and its administration (Official Gazette, Issue 22/11.03.2003 am., issue 69/06.08.2004 p. 1, r. 6, #809sh, issue 69/05.08.2008).
The total number of SCIS and its administration is 89 permanent employees in accordance with the Annex.
The administration of the SCIS is general and specialized and is structured in directorates.
The administration is headed by a Secretary General who coordinates and controls its activities. The Secretary General is appointed by the chairperson of the SCIS and reports before the SCIS.
The Financial Controller is appointed in accordance with the State Internal Financial Control Act (SIFCA) and is in direct subjection to the SCIS Chairperson.

Specialized Administration of the State Commission on Information Security
The Specialized Administration assists the SCIS in the performance of its powers and is structured in four directorates:
- Legal and International Legal Affairs,
- Classified Information Protection,
- Internal Security,
- Information Funds and Systems.
