Professional career:

• On 24th November 2017 by Decision No. 717 of the Council of Ministers he was appointed as Member of the State Commission on Information Security.
• In the period 1999 – 2017 he acquired different scientific degrees in the Academy of the Ministry of Interior, the last position he occupied was Associate Professor in the Management Department, Faculty of Police. In the period 2013 – 2014 he was rector of the Academy. 
• In the period 1992 – 1999 he has occupied different positions in the Ministry of Defense.

Education and Qualification:

• Alumni of George C. Marshall – European Center for Security Studies.
• Qualification in courses of CIA, FBI, DEA, CEPOL.
• Author of over 30 publications in national and foreign science journals of which 2 monographs, studies, manuals and scientific reports before national and international forums. • Higher military education with civil specialty – Engineer, Georgi Benkovksi High Defense Air School.

He speaks Russian, English and German.
