Professional career:

• On 24th November 2017 by Decision No. 717 of the Council of Ministers he was appointed as Member of the State Commission on Information Security.
• In the period 2015 – 2017 he was director of Security Directorate and Information Security Officer in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.
• In the period 2013 – 2015 he was specialist in the field of security.
• In the period 1991 – 2013 he worked in the system of the Ministry of Interior as the last occupied position was Director of the District Directorate of the Ministry of Interior – Stara Zagora.
• In the period 1989 – 1991 he was Squad Commander in Division 64450 in Sofia.

Education and qualification:

• Specialized courses on leadership and human resources management under the Ministry of Interior, United States Department of Justice, United States Department of Defense, the Embassy of France to the Republic of Bulgaria, Pointman Leadership Institute, seminars and training programs in the Netherlands and Germany. 
• Higher military education with civil specialty – Engineer, Vasil Levski National Military University, Veliko Tarnovo.

He speaks Russian and English.
