Ivaylo Miladinov Konakchiyski – Deputy Chairperson of SCIS

Ivaylo Konakchiyski graduated from Military University for Artillery and Air Defense “Panayot Volov” in Shumen.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience at the Ministry of Defense, holding various senior officer positions. His career continues at the Ministry of Interior in the field of security. The acquired skills and experience he uses also in the private sector. The last position held was head of department in the Security Directorate at Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Bulgaria. He has undergone specialized trainings at Military Academy “G.S.Rakovski” and at the Ministry of Interior Academy.
