Financial Controller

The Financial controller exercises provisional control for legal compliance of the overall activity of SCIS by preparing written opinions concerning the lawfulness of:

• Opinions or actions on the grounds of which financial obligations are undertaken or expenses are made before undertaking the financial obligation or making the expense;
• Opinions or actions with regard to making decisions about assets and means including undertaking financial obligation or making expense;
• Opinions or actions with regard to management and taking care of the property of SCIS including letting for rent in order to receive incomes.
