Information Funds and Systems Directorate

• Maintain register of the documents and materials containing classified information that is state or official secret under Art. 35 of CIPA and See to its regular updating;
• Create and maintain unified registers of the issued, revoked or terminated clearances, certificates and confirmations, of the refusals for issuance or revocations and see to their regular updating;
• Create and maintain registers of the organisational entities, their heads, information security officers and registries and see to their regular updating;
• Maintain a register under Art. 33 of the CIPA;
• Create and maintain a register under Art. 45a of the CIPA;
• Maintain general register of the registries under p. 1-5;
• Create and maintain a specialized automated information system of the directorate;
• Participate in the training on handling classified information;
• Assist SCIS in exercising overall control over the protection of  classified information;
• Participate in drafting Annual report on the overall activity on the status of the protection of the classified information.

 

The “Information Funds and Systems“ Directorate includes 11 employees and is headed by Mr. Georgi Panov.
