Negotiations on Agreement on mutual protection of classified information between Bulgaria and France

For the period 28 June – 1 July 2005 Bulgarian delegation including representatives of the State Commission on Information Security, National Service “Security – Military Police and Military Counterintelligence” – MD visited the French Republic. On 29 and 30 June the French and Bulgarian experts held negotiations on Agreement on mutual protection and exchange of the classified information between the Government of Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of Republic of France. The negotiations ended with negotiations on the text of the Agreement on expert level. Implementation of the procedures regarding the interdepartmental coordination and signing of the Agreement are forthcoming in both of the countries.
