Agreement between Bulgaria and the EU on the security procedures for the exchange of classified information

On 25 April 2005, in Luxembourg was signed the Agreement between the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union on the security procedures for the exchange of classified information. The Agreement was endorsed after Decision of the Council of Ministers of 26.05.2005. Following complete implementation of the internal procedures it came into force on 1 June 2005.
