Signing of Agreement between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Kingdom of Spain

On 27 September 2005 in Madrid, Spain was signed the Agreement on mutual protection and exchange of classified information between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Kingdom of Spain.

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria the Agreement was signed by the Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security - Mrs. Tsveta Markova, authorized by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of 27 January 2005. On behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Spain the Agreement was signed by the Director of the National Intelligence Center – H.E Mr. Alberto Saiz Cortés.
