Agreement with Poland

At 10 a.m., on April 7th 2005, in Warsaw, Poland, the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Poland signed an Agreement for Mutual protection and exchange of classified information. The Agreement was signed at the Interior Security Agency of the Republic of Poland.

On behalf of the Republic of Bulgaria the Agreement was signed by Mrs Tsveta Markova – Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security, authorized to this signature on 9th December 2004 by a Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria. On behalf of the Republic of Poland the Agreement was signed by Mr. Zbigniew Goszczynski – deputy-head of the Interior Security Agency of the Republic of Poland.
