Signing of Agreement between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Romania

On 13 April 2006 Agreement on mutual protection of the classified information was signed, between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Romania in Bucharest, Romania.

On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria the Agreement was signed by the Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security - Mrs. Tsveta Markova, authorized by Decision of the Council of Ministers of 6 January 2005. On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Romania it was signed by thе Secretary of State, Director General of the National Registry Office for Classified Information – Prof. Dr. Marius Petrescu.
