Working meeting between the Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security Mrs. Tsveta Markova and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia H. E. Mr. Arsen Shoyan
Posted on 09 Dec 2011 13:51:00On 9 December 2011 in Sofia the Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security Mrs. Tsveta Markova held a working meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia H. E. Mr. Arsen Shoyan.
During the meeting the activities of the State Commission on Information Security in its capacity of National Security Authority of the Republic of Bulgaria were presented. The Draft Agreement on protection and exchange of classified information submitted to the Republic of Armenia via diplomatic way was also discussed. Mr. Shoyan expressed the interest of the Armenian side and took on the engagement to provide information regarding the development of their national procedure concerning the agreement in shortest terms.
Mrs. Markova presented the Training centre of the SCIS in the town of Bankya where security officers from all of the organizational entities in the Republic of Bulgaria are being trained. H. E. Mr. Shoyan emphasized the interest which the Armenian side could have to such type of trainings and the possibility the Centre in Bankya to be visited by representatives of interested departments from the Republic of Armenia.
Both parties confirmed their readiness for co-operation.
The meeting was held in the Training centre of the SCIS in Bankya and was carried out in working environment.
