First round of discussions between the National security authority of the Republic of Belarus and the State Commission on Information Security

In the period 14th-16th January 2014 in Sofia, Bulgaria the first round of discussions with representatives of the National security authority of the Republic of Belarus on negotiating Agreement on mutual protection and exchange of classified information between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Belarus will be held.

The official opening was attended by the Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security (SCIS), its members and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus H. E. Mr Vladimir Voronkovich.

On the Bulgarian side in the consultations experts from SCIS of the Legal and International Legal Affairs Directorate will participate, as well as representatives of the State Agency for National Security. On the side of Belarus experts from the National security authority of Belarus will participate in the consultations.
