International Conference on theme “Security in Southeast Europe – in search of intelligent solutions”

On 11th of September 2013 in Inter Expo Center, Sofia was held the 11th consecutive session of the International Conference on theme “Security in Southeast Europe – in search of intelligent solutions”. 

The conference was officially opened with an introductory speech of Mr. Rosen Plevneliev – President of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The Minister of Interior, the Deputy-Ministers of Interior, Defence, Foreign Affairs, the Chairperson of the State Agency for National Security (SANS), the Deputy-Director of the National Intelligence Service, representatives of services, ministries and universities participated in the conference.

One of the four main reports in the common plenary session on the theme “Security in cyberspace – a collective responsibility” was presented by Mr. Vasil Rizov, Vice-Chaiperson of the State Commission on Information Security.
