Negotiations with Croatia

In the period 10-11 March 2008 negotiations were held in Sofia between representatives of the State Commission on Information Security and the Croatian National Security Authority (Office of the National Security Council) on a Draft Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on mutual protection and exchange of Classified Information.

In the beginning of the meeting both Parties presented the current aspects of the legislation in the field of protection of classified information in their countries.

The start of the national procedures of both countries for approval of the text and authorization for signing the Agreement is forthcoming.
