SIGNING OF AGREEMENT ON AMENDING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF REPUBLIC OF ESTONIA FOR MUTUAL PROTECTION AND EXCHANGE OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION

Today, November, the 22d, 2010 in the head office of the State Commission on Information Security was signed an Agreement on Amending the Agreement between the Government of Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of Republic of Estonia for mutual protection and exchange of classified information. The amendment of the going Agreement was prompted by an institutional change in the competent Security Authority in Republic of Estonia and the main principles in the going Agreement do not change essentially.

On the side of Republic of Bulgaria the Agreement was signed by the Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security - Mrs. Tsveta Markova and on the side of Republic of Estonia – by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia in the Republic of Bulgaria His Excellency Mr. Rein Oidekivi.
