With a view of putting clear distinction between “official secret” in accordance with the Classified Information Protection Act, official public information in accordance with the Access to Public Information Act, professional secret, commercial secret and personal data, we present for a wide public discussion an Exemplary list of the categories of information, subject to classification as official secret, in accordance with Art. 26 of the Classified Information Protection Act. We expect your opinions and proposals for including other categories of information, classified as official secret and determined by the law.

The Exemplary list of the categories of information, subject to classification as official secret, in accordance with Art. 26 of the Classified Information Protection Act, is published on the Internet page of the SCIS, in the heading “Frequently Asked Questions”, section “Official Secret”.
