Working meeting between the Deputy Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security Mr. Zahari Zahariev and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland Her Excellence Mrs. Tarja Laitiainen

On 19 July 2010, by the initiative of the State Commission on Information Security, at the Embassy of the Republic of Finland a working meeting between the Deputy Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security Mr. Zahari Zahariev and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland Her Excellence Mrs. Tarja Laitiainen was held.

The reason for the meeting was the procedure opened by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food for the award of special public procurement with the subject “Actualization of color orthophoto map with subsequent processing after new plane photographing /by parts/ of the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in which participate a large scope of foreign legal entities including Finnish company.

The purpose of the meeting was to give maximum publicity and transparency to the procedure and some legal requirements, related to the participation of foreign legal entities in the procedure for awarding and executing of special public procurements in Bulgaria, to be discussed.
