PROCEDURE ON THE ADOPTION OF THE ANNUAL REPORT ON THE OVERALL ACTIVITY ON THE STATUS OF THE PROTECTION OF THE CLASSIFIED INFORMATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA IN 2015

On the grounds of Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Classified Information Protection Act the Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security presents to the Council of Ministers annual report on the status of the protection of the classified information in the Republic of Bulgaria. The report is adopted by the National Assembly by a proposal of the Council of Ministers.

Currently, the Annual report on the status of the protection of the classified information in the Republic of Bulgaria in 2015 is approved by the Council of Ministers with Decision No. 285 dated April 19th 2016. It has been presented in the National Assembly, reviewed and adopted during working sessions of the Committee for oversight of the security services, the deployment of special surveillance techniques and the access of data under the Electronic Communications Act and the Internal Security and Public Order Committee.

The report is prepared by SCIS and is result of joint activities with the security services, the public order services and the other Organizational Entities.
