Initial training on handling classified information of newly-employed officers in the administration of SCIS

On 21st and 22nd of May 2013 in the Headquarters of SCIS initial training on handling classified information of 10 (ten) newly-employed  officers in the administration of the Commission was held.

According to the approved program in clarifying the main provisions of the Classified Information Protection Act (CIPA) and the Regulation on the implementation of CIPA the lectors from SCIS drew the attention of the trainees to the risks for the interests of the Republic of Bulgaria, the authorities in the field of the protection of classified information, the markings and the security classification levels, the different types of protection of classified information and the administrative-penal responsibility as per the CIPA. 

All participants were awarded with certificates for completed initial training by Mr. Boris Dimitrov, Chairperson of SCIS.
