New Mandatory Instructions issued by the State Commission on Information Security

The State Commission on Information Security issued Mandatory Instructions concerning the requirement of the Classified Information Protection Act the persons not to be convicted of premeditated felony – Art.40, Para.1, p.4 of CIPA. They consider the different hypotheses in which evaluation must be made if the person meets the requirements for issuance of a PSC.

The issuance of these Mandatory Instructions is a result of the analysis of the difficulties that the vetting authorities meet in the process of vetting.

The aim of the Mandatory Instructions is to facilitate the vetting authorities as well as the vetted persons.
