In the Training center of SCIS in the town of Bankya, mandatory initial training of Information security officers

In the period 7th to 11th of October 2019 in the Training center of SCIS in the town of Bankya, mandatory initial training of 14 information security officers of authorities of the executive power and its local administration, authorities of the judicial power, municipalities and private companies was held.

The course was opened with an introductory discussion by Mr. Ivo Velikov – member of SCIS.

In accordance of the program of the course, the lectors presented to the participants the main topics with regard to the implementation of the Classified Information Protection Act and its regulations. Special attention was paid to the functions of Information Security Officer. Practical exercises were held on different types of classified information protection. Concrete questions were discussed related to the activity of information security.

All participants successfully have passed the final test and after a finalizing discussion with Mr. Boris Dimitrov, were awarded with certificates for completed initial training course for classified information protection in their position as information security officers.
