SCIS carried out topical training on: Protection of Automated Information Systems and Networks

On 15th and 16th December 2014 in the Training Center of the State Commission on Information Security in the town of Bankya the State Commission on Information Security held training on theme: „Protection of Automated Systems and Networks”. 27 Automated Information Systems and Networks (AIS/N) Security Officers and system administrators from organizational entities of the executive power and its local administration, the judicial power, municipalities and private companies participated in the training.

The experts from SCIS – lectors and leaders of practical courses presented in details the specifics in planning and implementing of measures for protection of classified information which is handled in AIS/N, the accreditation of such networks, the protection from compromising electromagnetic emissions, cryptographic security. Practical course on the preparation of security documents was held. The trainees were introduced to the protection of European Union and NATO classified information which is handled in communication and information systems.

The trainees raised numerous specific questions to which they received detailed answers.
