The SCIS carried out initial training on the protection of classified information with security officers from district and municipal administrations of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Training Center in Bankya
Posted on 14 May 2011 09:17:00From 9th to 13th May 2011 in its Training center in Bankya the SCIS carried out the mandatory initial training of security officers from district and municipal administrations of the Republic of Bulgaria.
According to the training program the lecturers from the SCIS presented to the trainees main subjects from the Classified Information Protection Act and the Regulation on its implementation. The attention was drawn to the risks for the interests of the Republic of Bulgaria in the field of the protection of classified information, the types of protection of classified information, the direct control and the administrative-penal responsibility in accordance with the CIPA. Practical courses on personnel and documentary security of classified information were held with the participants, as well as on the implementation of the CIPA and the related acts on the maintenance of the activity on the registries and the unified logbooks.
The training ended with outgoing test for verification of the knowledge of the trainees. 47% of them passed the training with an excellent grade, 33% with good grade and 20% with satisfactory grade.
In the inquiry made the participants expressed the opinion that the training was completely or to a great extent useful for their work. According to 73% of the trainees the objectives of the program were entirely fulfilled and for 27% - to a great extent.
On behalf of the SCIS readiness for providing assistance and help in case of questions on issues, related to the implementation of the CIPA and the sublegal regulatory framework in this field, was expressed.
