Training of Heads of registries for national classified information in the Training center of SCIS in the town of Bankya

From 29th October to 1st November 2012 in the Training center of the State Commission on Information Security a training course of 22 Heads of Registries was held.
 
The training was held in accordance with a program including main themes from the Classified Information Protection Act (CIPA) and the Regulation on its implementation. SCIS lectors put an accent on the risks for the national interests of the Republic of Bulgaria in the field of protection of classified information, the concept for organizational entity and opening of registries, the system of Authorities in the field of protection of classified information and the administrative-penal responsibility on the CIPA. The attention of the trainees was concentrated mainly on documentary security issues and practical courses were held.

In the inquiry made the participants expressed the opinion that the training was of great benefit to their work.

All the participants in the training passed successfully the test for verification of the knowledge as 9 (41%) are with a “Good” grade and 13 (59%) with an “Excellent” grade.

The trainers expressed readiness for providing help and assistance on issues related to the implementation of the CIPA and the sublegal framework in this field.
