In the Training center of SCIS in the town of Bankya a thematic training on industrial security was held

On 21st May 2013 in the Training center of the State Commission on Information Security in the town of Bankya thematic training on industrial security was held with employees with access to classified information of the National Social Security Institute, Sofia Municipality and the Defence Information Service. The training was opened by Mr. Vasil Rizov, Vice-Chairperson of SCIS.

According to the training program Ms Adriana Ivanova, lector of SCIS, introduced the trainees to the basic principles of industrial security, the preparation for signing a contract, the procedures for the selection of a contractor and the awarding of a contract, related to access to classified information as well as the terms and conditions for issuing of facility security clearance. Discussions on concrete cases and practical courses with the trainees were held. 

In the inquiry the trainees shared that the training had been fully or to a great extent useful for their work.
