Training held on the topic: ‘The new Public Procurements Act’ for the administration of SCIS

On 27th June 2016 in the building of the Training center of the State Commission on Information Security (SCIS) in the town of Bankya training for employees of SCIS’ administration was held. The training was on the topic ‘The new Public Procurements Act’ which entered into force on 15th April 2016.

Mariana Katsarova was invited as a lector; she has confirmed herself as leading expert in this field in the recent years. Mrs. Katsarova introduced the attending employees to issues of present interest with regard to the public procurements, the awarding procedures, the new conditions for their conducting, the appeal and the control.

Directors and experts from all directorates of SCIS’ administration who have obligations in the procedures of planning, carrying out and organizing public procurements participated in the training.
