In the Training center of SCIS in the town of Bankya mandatory initial training of information security officers was held

From 3rd to 7th December 2012 in the Training center of the State Commission on Information Security in the town of Bankya mandatory initial training of 19 information security officers was held.

According to the training programme the lectors of SCIS fixed on main subjects of the Classified Information Protection Act (CIPA) and the Regulation on its implementation (RICIPA). The attention was drawn to the risks for the interests of the Republic of Bulgaria in the field of the protection of classified information, the types of protection of classified information, the direct control checks and the administrative-penal responsibility as per the CIPA. Practical courses on personnel and documentary security were held with the participants.
 
In the inquiry as in different conversations the trainees shared their satisfaction of the lectors’ team, the material-technical base and the overall organization of the training. High estimation was given to the practical implementation of the acquired knowledge.

All participants finished the course successfully and received certificates for completed mandatory initial training which were awarded by the Chairperson of SCIS Mr. Boris Dimitrov.
 
On behalf of SCIS readiness for providing help and assistance in case of questions on issues connected to the implementation of CIPA and the sublegal framework in this field was expressed.
