Training of Heads of registries for national classified information was held in the Training center of SCIS in Bankya

The State Commission on Information Security held training course of 21 Heads of registries for national classified information from 28th to 30th May 2012 in its Training center in Bankya.
 
The training was held in accordance with a program including main themes from the Classified Information Protection Act (CIPA) and the Regulation on its implementation. SCIS lecturers put an accent on the risks for the interests of the Republic of Bulgaria in the field of protection of classified information, the concept for organizational entity and opening of registries, the system of authorities in the field of protection of classified information, the control on the activities on the protection of classified information and the administrative-penal responsibility under the CIPA. The attention of the trainees was concentrated mainly on documentary security issues and practical courses were held. 

In the inquiry made the participants expressed the opinion that the training was of great benefit for their activities.  Most of them consider the goals of the program completely achieved. The ones who have worked longer in the field of protection of classified information gave especially high evaluation to the practical implementation of the knowledge acquired on the CIPA.

The trainers expressed readiness for providing help and assistance on issues related to the implementation of the CIPA and the sublegal framework in this field.
