Initial training of employees of the administration of the SCIS on theme: Training of trainers

On 10 and 11 July 2012 in the Training center of the SCIS in Bankya an initial training of employees of the administration of the SCIS on theme: Training of trainers was held.

The training wad carried out under the guidance of Mrs. Margarita Stoycheva – expert in the Financial and Human Resources Management Directorate in the SCIS, who was also a lecturer together with other SCIS employees.

According to the approved program the training was carried out in two stages. In the first day the stress was put on theoretical background and in the second day were carried out practical courses in the form of role playing.

The trainees were very active. The lecturers gave in-depth and concrete answers to the many questions the trainees had.
