Online procedure for the issuance of medical certificates for mental health

In relations to the organizational work of the Health Reform Center for Mental Health “Professor Nicolas Shipkovenski” Ltd, with a letter from 14.05.2020, the Minister of Health has informed the State Commission on Information Security that considering the epidemiological situation and the demand of issuing medical certificates for mental health, on the MHC Prof. “N. Shipkovenski” Ltd’s web page is uploaded a detailed procedure of online issuance through the electronic platform Viber.

The individuals requesting a medical certificate for mental health with doctor’s examination can apply by submitting a filled and signed form on MHC Prof. “N. Shipkovenski” Ltd’s email address: medicinski_cpz@abv.bg

After the performed examination a medical certificate will be issued which is to be scanned and send to an appointed email address within one business day.
