Initial training of employees of the administration of the SCIS on theme: Training of trainers

On 24 and 25 October 2011 in the Training center of the SCIS in Bankya an initial training of employees of the administration of the SCIS on theme: Training of trainers was held.

The training wad carried out under the guidance of Mrs. Tsveta Markova – Chairperson of SCIS and Mrs. Gabriela Bakalova – Administrative Secretary of the District Court of Sofia who were lecturers together with Mrs. Margarita Stoycheva – State Expert in the Financial and Human Resources Management Directorate in the SCIS.

According to the approved program role plays and practical courses were carried out during the training. They were held in great activeness and great interest on behalf of the trainees.

In the end of the training a conclusion was made unanimously that it was of benefit and the trainees had acquired the necessary skills and self-confidence for independent preparation and carrying out of trainings.
