Working meeting between the Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security Mrs. Tsveta Markova and the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland H. E. Mr. Leszek Hensel
Posted on 10 Dec 2010 15:54:00On 10 December 2010 a working meeting between the Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security Mrs. Tsveta Markova and the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland H. E. Mr. Leszek Hensel was held.
Mrs. Tsveta Markova introduced H. E. Mr. Leszek Hensel to the structure, functions and the activities of the State Commission on Information Security as National Security Authority. She stressed that the Commission carries out the state policy in the field of the protection of classified information, as well as it conducts methodological guidance and control on the activities of the security and public order services.
Both parties shared their positive assessment of the development of the bilateral relations with regard to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Republic of Poland on exchange and mutual protection of classified information which was signed in Warsaw on 7 April 2005. Mrs. Markova emphasized that the signing of international Agreement in this field establishes the legal framework of the protection of the classified information exchanged between the two states and contributes to the more active development of the relations in the field of industrial security.
The meeting was held at the premises of the State Commission on Information Security and was carried out in working atmosphere.
