Working meeting between the Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security Mrs. Tsveta Markova and the Chargé d’affaires of the Embassy of Romania Mr. Cornel Visiou

On 14 July 2010 in Sofia the Chairperson of the State Commission on Information Security Mrs. Tsveta Markova held a working meeting with the Chargé d’affaires of the Embassy of Romania Mr. Cornel Visiou. 

The reason for the meeting was the procedure opened by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food for the award of special public procurement with the subject “Actualization of color orthophoto map with subsequent processing after new plane photographing /by parts/ of the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in which participate a large scope of foreign legal entities including Romanian company.

The purpose of the meeting was to give maximum publicity and transparency to the procedure and some legal requirements, related to the participation of foreign legal entities in the procedure for awarding and executing of special public procurements in Bulgaria,  to be discussed.
