Online meeting in SEENSA framework between SCIS representatives and representatives of the National Security Authorities of South Eastern European states, members of the Regional Cooperation Council

On the 2nd of July 2020, in the SEENSA initiative framework, an online meeting between SCIS representatives and representatives of the National Security Authorities of the South Eastern European states, members of the Regional Cooperation Council were held. On the side of SCIS participated the Vice-Chairperson of the Commission Ivan Pavlov and experts from the competent directorates.

The participants discussed the forms of cooperation in the condition format of the continuous coronavirus spread as well as the organizational details on the conduction of the training seminar in September 2020 in the field of communication and information security for working with classified information and cyber-security. A draft program of the training initiative, jointly prepared by SCIS and the National Security Authority of the Republic of North Macedonia, were introduced which will be sent to all National Security Authorities of the South Eastern European states, members of the Regional Cooperation Council looking forward to the confirmation of their participation.
