Negotiations with the Kingdom of Spain

In the period 16.11 – 17.11.2004 in Sofia representatives of the State Commission on Information Security, National Security Service and Service “Military Police and Military Counterintelligence held negotiations on expert level on a Draft Agreement between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Kingdom of Spain on Mutual Protection and Exchange of Classified Information.
The beginning of the national procedures of both countries for approval of the text and authorization for signing the Agreement is forthcoming.
