Working meeting concerning the signing of collective labor contract for employees of the State Commission on Information Security

On 12th April 2017 in the headquarters of the State Commission on Information Security (SCIS) working meeting between representatives of the Federation of the independent syndicates of state governance and organizations, the syndical organization of SCIS and representatives of SCIS was held.

At the meeting attended Mrs. Silviya Vaseva – Secretary General of Federation of the independent syndicates of state governance and organizations and Mrs. Temenuzhka Kamenova – Chair of Syndical Organization to SCIS. One behalf of SCIS Mr. Boris Dimitrov Chairperson of SCIS and employees from the specialized administration of SCIS were present. 

The purpose of the meeting was launching negotiations for the signing of collective labor contract which is to be implemented in SCIS. As grounds of the negotiations was used the draft collective labor contract submitted by the syndical organizations. The meeting was opened by Mr. Dimitrov who expressed satisfaction with the idea for signing collective labor contract and expressed willingness for quick finalization of the negotiations. During the meetings the parties discussed the proposed draft, presented their specific proposals and achieved consensus on the principles laid down in the presented draft.

In the spirit of dialogue and mutual understanding the Parties agreed on specific amendments and edition of the draft which will allow its successful finalization in shortest terms.
