Training on the protection of classified information with the participation of lectors from the SCIS and with the co-operation of Varna Harbour Ltd.

On 29 and 30 November 2011 training on the protection of classified information was held with the co-operation of Harbour Varna Ltd. The training was held with the participation of lectors from the SCIS. In the training course on the protection of classified information magistrates, employees of the judicial system of the Republic of Bulgaria, Varna Harbour Ltd., Water and Supplies Varna, Repsol-Varna and TiY Consult participated.

Practical issues related to documentary security, the destruction procedures of classified documents and materials and the implementation of the Classified Information Protection Act and the Regulation on its implementation were discussed.

The audience manifested great interest in the training and expressed the opinion that the lections were of benefit with regard to enhancing the awareness and the knowledge of the trainees.
