A Visit in Romania

Being invited by the National Security Authority of Romania, in the period 25 – 29.10. 2004 representatives of the State Commission on Information Security, the National Security Service and Service “Military Police and Military Counterintelligence visited Bucharest. Negotiations on expert level were held on a Draft Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of Romania on Mutual Protection and Exchange of Classified Information.

The beginning of the national procedures of both countries for approval of the text and authorization for signing the Agreement is forthcoming.
