The notaries will issue with prioritiy the authentications of declarations on Article 74, paragraph 2, point 1 of Tax Insurance Procedure Code

Regarding received alerts from security and civil order authorities, as well as other departments, that certain notaries does not issue notary authentications on declarations on Article 74, paragraph 2, point 1 of the Tax Insurance Procedure Code, the State Commission on Information Security has sent a request to the Notary Chamber of the Republic of Bulgaria to issue an instruction to the notaries to do these authentications with priorities.

Issuing a response, the chairman of the Notary Council of the Notary Chamber, Krasimir Anadoliev informed that the Notary Council will perform all necessary actions and will instruct all notaries to assist with priorities when necessary for issuing notary notification on declarations on Article 74, paragraph 2, point 1 of the Tax Insurance Procedure Code.
