ADOPTED AMENDEMENT TO THE CLASSIFIED INFORMATION PROTECTION ACT DURING FIRST READING

With regard to the draft for amendment and supplement of the Classified Information Protection Act No. 154-01-8/3 February 2011, entered by the Members of the Parliament Mr. Yordan Bakalov and Mr. Vesselin Metodiev, and the forthcoming legislative amendments to paragraphs 6 and 8 of Section I to Art. 25 of the CIPA, the State Commission on Information Security has issued an opinion which was sent o the Internal Security and  Public Order Committee to the 41st National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria.
