The Council of Ministers adopted the new institutional rules of the SCIS
Posted on 18 Jul 2006 16:38:00The Institutional Rules of the State Commission on Information Security and its administration was adopted with its amendments following Government Decree No 166 / 3.07.2006 on the provisions of art.5 of the CIPA. The amendments assist the functioning improvement of the administration of the executive power and it’s a consecutive step in enhancing the regulatory framework of the system on protection of the classified information. The changed appellations of two of the directorates of the Commission’s special administration reflect the specification of the functions assigned. The changes regarding the directorates are a result of the experience in the field of implementation of the Classified Information Protection Act and the need for clear determination of their functional obligations.
